In December 2011, Governor Schweitzer signed off on a long-term plan for spending $116.5 million to fix pollution damage from mining in the Clark Fork River basin. This new plan will allow long-range restoration actions to move forward. The Clark Fork Coalition thinks this is a solid plan, and we look forward to moving into comprehensive restoration in the Upper Clark Fork.
